部分勞工團體代表25日上午衝進國民黨總統候選人朱立倫的競選總部，抗議立法院通過「勞基法」修正案，全面實施週休2日，導致勞工因此減少7天的國定假日，抗議民眾還與警方發生衝突。
對此，朱立倫受訪時表示，他這幾年全力爭取讓勞工多放假，國民黨也推動勞工全面實施週休2日，這些抗議民眾可能有點誤解。他說：『(原音)我相信他們的訴求就是勞工多放假，這點是朱立倫這幾年全力爭取的，尤其是今年立法院通過的勞工未來週休2日，也是國民黨全力推動的，我想可能他們搞錯了，有點誤解。』
